IMPORTANT DATES

  • Early November — Invoices and Payment Plan information mailed to all confirmed students

  • December 2 — All Tuition and other Charges not covered by Financial Aid or a finalized Payment Plan is Due along with supporting documents

  • December 3 — Late Fees Commence

  • January 9 — First Day of Classes

  • January 26 — Refund disbursements for overpayments and/or excess financial aid begin and continue on a weekly basis

  • February 3 — 2nd payment due for MSM Deferred Payment Plan

The Registrar's office is NOT responsible for making address/phone number and email changes.

To change your contact information, go to www.msmstudents.com >> College Students >> My Info >> My Contact Info. From this screen, you can change your Billing Address (where you want your tuition bills sent), your Home or Permanent Address (where you live when not at school), and your Current Address (where you live RIGHT NOW, during school).

STUDENT REFUNDS

Attention Students expecting Refunds -- The Office of Student Accounts will hold refund checks for 21 days following its notification to the individual student that a refund is available for pickup. After 21 days, the check will be mailed to the student's billing priority address on record. Please keep in mind that students are responsible for maintaining current contact information through their student account portal.

ONLINE CALCULATION SHEET/TUITION & FINANCIAL AID

If you are receiving financial aid, the Online Calculation Worksheet will help you determine how much to pay Manhattan School of Music. To use the Worksheet, visit the MSM Bursar Web page/Important Documents and login using your Username and Password. After a successful login, you will have access to detailed current information regarding your fees, expected financial aid, and final balance (due to the School or expected refund).

Dr. Ed Green's MH1004.10 - 20th Century Music will have its first class on Tuesday March 20th.

Jury Week - Monday April 30 - Friday May 4, 2012
Juries will be held the week of April 30-May 4, 2012 (except for some juries in the String and Voice departments).  Notices will be sent to all student mailfolders during the Spring Break, and a full listing of all student juries will be posted outside the Registrar's office beginning March19.  Please make sure to go to your mailfolder when you return from Spring Break to receive your jury notification, as it contains very important information.
