Scheduling Department
The Scheduling Department ensures the effective usage of space at Manhattan School of Music and assists in the planning of all private teaching studio, practice and performance activities occurring at the school.
Scheduling Practice Rooms
- Students may schedule practice rooms in person at the Scheduling Office window (Room 110A) between
9:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Students may schedule practice rooms online at scheduling.msmnyc.edu.
- Reservable hours for practice are between 9am and 10pm in the practice rooms and between 9am and 11:30pm in the classrooms, Monday through Friday.

Recitals
Recital Applications For 2010-2011 Are Ready!
If you are planning on performing a required or non-required recital during the 2010-2011 academic year, you must complete a Recital Application and return it to the Scheduling Office no later than May 14th, 2010. Recital Applications received after May 14th, 2010 may be charged a late fee and will be considered on a space-available basis only.

You are responsible for knowing and following the procedures outlined in the
Recital Procedures FAQ document below. Failure to do so will result in the applicable late fees outlined in this document and could affect a student’s graduation date.
