Office Hours: 9am to 1pm, Monday-Friday All concerts, events and student recitals at MSM are recorded and engineered by the Myers Recording Studio facility and its staff only. Personal audio recording is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy can result in school sanctions.
Recital Recording Information Myers Recording Studio records over 250 student recitals each year in addition to many MSM concerts, events, and private recording sessions. Our professional audio engineers provide quality recordings of recitals scheduled in Miller Recital Hall, Greenfield Hall, Pforzheimer Hall, Myers Recital Hall, and Room 610.
For all graduating seniors:
Beginning in Academic Year 2010-2011, all senior graduation recitals (i.e., the recital needed to fulfill your graduation requirement, not including BM Junior Vocal Recitals) will be recorded by the Recording Department. Students must fill out the Senior Graduation Recital Recording Request Form, which will be included in the Recital Confirmation Packet received from the Scheduling Office. The completed recital recording form must be turned in directly to the Recording Office (Room 234) between the hours of 9 AM - 1 PM, Monday through Friday, at least 1 month prior to the recital date. Requests received less than 1 month prior to the recital will incur a $70 late fee.
For all other students:
You must fill out and submit a Recital Recording Request Form, available in the Recital Confirmation Packet. The completed recital recording form must be turned in directly to the Recording Office (Room 234) between the hours of 9 AM -1 PM, Monday through Friday, at least 1 month prior to the recital date. You are strongly urged to request a recital recording as soon as you pick up your Recital Confirmation Packet. Requests received less than 1 month prior to the recital will incur a $70 late fee.

Recording Session Information
Myers Recording Studio is available throughout the year for private recording sessions. This is a great opportunity for students to make high-quality audio recordings at a great price for any upcoming auditions, competitions, festivals, demos, or your next album!
Sessions are available in Myers Recording Studio, Greenfield Hall, Pforzheimer Hall, or Miller Recital Hall based on venue, studio, and engineer availability. We have a limited number of session times available throughout the year as we work around the busy academic concert schedule. All sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis.
To sign-up for a recording session, stop by the Recording Office between 9am-1pm, Monday through Friday, and fill out a Recording Session Request Form.
